You are not happy with your new HardClo products? If so please do the following.

1. Contact us via mail at info@hardclo.com

2. If the garment have not a suitable fit, you have up to 10 days to return them and send you the right size.

3. Pack the products unused, carefully in their original box and a secure outer wrapper and send them back to the following recipient: HardClo – Archelaou 19 ,11635 Athens Greece. Please , before returning be sure you have already called us at +302114047012.

Free domestic returns (within Greece) for purchases via XP Courier . For purchases below €100 the customers are responsible for the return shipping charges.

For two, three or more domestic returns in a raw customers are responsible for return shipping charges.

For returns from abroad customers are responsible for all return shipping charges.

(if you return from abroad please clarify that your parcel is a returning product from www.hardclo.com , based in Greece to avoid Customs.)

During a sale period or for a discount product the return policy may differs.

For BLACK FRIDAY SALES the order cost is not refundable, but the client can order a new other product of equal or greater price than that of the cancelled/changed order.
